Maybe some misalignment between steam and standalone updates then, as the one I have in that folder was last updated on 25th of November 2019.

Yes, that file gets updated but the actual manual isn't. It's still the manual from 25th of November, which is outdated now as lots of features have been added since.

Update was available for me on Steam a couple of hours ago. You may just have to restart Steam in order for it to show up. Update took ages for me after it was finished downloading, though.

Yoo, quick question: Does DCS support VRSS (Variable rate super sampling) for VR? If not, are there any plans to support it in the future?
