  1. Early Christmas Gift Thanks so much ED! Downloaded it last night and ready to check it out for the first time. This is really a dream come true for me. I've purchased everything you've ever put out and I'm a very satisfied customer! You guys ROCK!!!
  2. Love It! I've been wanting more time in-cockpit to experience what it's going to be like to fly over terrain and look around using track IR. The video gave us a good feel for that. I have played it for a couple of people and they simply can not believe how far we've come in flight simulation. Thanks for all your efforts, amazing work!
  3. Stink'n Amazing! Very impressive and a bit intimidating, but this is one sim I'm going to learn every aspect of...Thanks for the eye candy!
  4. Looks Awesome! Man, the terrain looks so much better. I love what you've done with the place! Thanks for the shots, it helps with the wait.:music_whistling:
  5. I'm pathetic! All I've been dreaming about is flying this sim. It's pathetic, some nights I can't sleep because I'm thinking too much about the possibilities of the sim, and other times I can't sleep, so I purposely think about flying the Hog and only to fall blissfully asleep. Doesn't really matter though, at least I'm happy!
  6. Of course it matters! If there's a Hog sitting there with it's cockpit open and nobody in there, I'm jumping in and going for a ride!
  7. Why DCS A-10C multiplayer will work!! My reasons for why DCS A-10C mutiplayer will work are: 1) Just to be flying around with a wing man (your best friend in my case) in such an awesome realistic jet, especially the A-10C model is a complete dream come true! Given we will be able to communicate with each other as well as ground FAC's and such is absolutely amazing! The amount of immersion this sim will give us, will rival anything out there. 2) Just to coordinate an attack with someone else is a complicated task especially when you practice using coms over a radio. To communicate using as little words as possible to duologue to one another effectively, is in itself a challenge. There is nothing like accomplishing a mission, (be it a recon only mission) find your way home, land successfully, then taxi to your hanger in one piece, that in itself is rewarding. 3) Think about the possibility of a SAR mission. How cool would that be! Even in the days of "JANE"s ATF with it's crappy graphics and simplistic flight model, it was so immersing and rewarding to land on the carrier after a coordinated strike on a enemy compound. We would debrief and talk for an hour about what we should have done differently or how everything went perfectly as planned. Anyway, these are my reasons why this sim will be successful, because these guys are doing it right and to the highest degree possible. Dream come true for me. Thanks ED
  8. F-18 I would love to see an F-18 in the future for carrier opps. Super Hornet if possible, but probably not, because of classified reasons. I remember Janes ATF and doing many a mission were we would all have to land on the carrier after a long flight, intense!
  9. Stinking Awesome!!! Can not wait! my life will be finally complete once I sit in the cockpit and hit those switches. My wife will always come second though...;)
  10. Made My Day! My dream is finally coming true! I am so looking forward to this, Two flight pods ready to go, fully equipped with HOTAS and Track IR. I just got the Thrustmaster MFD's in addition, so I am ready to do some mud moving! Thanks Guys!!!
  11. Yes! Thanks ED, love your work! You totally made my day.:lol::lol::lol:
  12. Extraordinary Detail! I love the attention to detail! Great work and the pilot looks great also. Can't wait- Pods are ready, comrades are ready and my computers are waiting to be fed! Thanks so much guys, you're the BEST!
  13. Hog Heaven Glad to hear the Hog is still moving ahead full steam! For me, FC-2.0 is an unexpected bonus worth much more than its price. It will keep us immersed until our beloved A-10C is released. Keep going guys, I'll buy anything you produce because to me you are the best there is in flight simulation today. Thanks again for the update Cheers!
  14. A-10C Cockpit Shots I attended an airshow at Mchord AFB, waited in line for about 30 minutes to finally see an open cockpit of the A-10, when I was thrilled to find out it was a "C" model. I was so stoked!!! I also was able to pop my camera up into the gun housing. It's not a pic you see every day.
  15. Thanks so much Wags, this really is a dream come true for me. I have a buddy who was stationed in Germany and Korea who fly's the Hawg, and when he came and flew Lockon he was blown away by how realistic it was. That was a couple of years ago. Now he's in Afghanistan flying the "C" model and when he gets back I'm going to have him give DCS a whirl. It will be nice to have things set up as close as I can for him. I think this will be the first flight Sim I'm going to truly love programing all my buttons for. Thanks again for the Pics! Moving Mud for the people!
  16. Thanks, great article! I can sure appreciate all the time and effort being put into these sims. I try to turn anybody and everybody on to Lockon and IL2. That's why I have two dedicated flight pods in my house. (Thanks Honey!) People get overwhelmed at first so I just let them fly around a bit until they want to blow something up. It doesn't take long and they're hooked! I have had hours of fun with Lockon FC and there are times after a successful mission where I realize it's 2:00 in the morning and I power down saying to myself, "Man that was frigg'n amazing!!! Thanks again ED, you guys are my best friends:megalol:
  17. Thanks! You guys are the best! You just made my Christmas knowing 2.0 is coming out soon, because I have loved flying Lockon so much, but seeing BS terrain I had to buy two copies so that will work out well for me since I have two flight pods to outfit. The Warthog is my fave but sometimes you just want to shoot down some birds now and again. Can't wait for the Hawg!
  18. Fantastic Work! Those pics look really good! Hurry up dude, I'm salivating.
  19. That looks fantastic! Keep up the good work.
  20. Two Pods The sad thing about my life is I have two flight pods set up in my house, so I have to purchase two of everything, software, HOTAS, rudder pedals, track IR, etc. Is it worth it? Absolutely! Thanks again ED
  21. Fantastic News!!! Ed you're awesome! Sure appreciate all your hard work.:D
