1,3 and 4 are all the one problem. I'm guessing you are running multithread version. Go to rearm screen and select another skin. You don't need to click OK, you can just choose another skin and then cancel, it will fix your problems.
2) for the Petro free fire, you still need to line up for him to be able to shoot.
Get that cross into small circle on your HUD and he will shoot, unless line of sight to the target is blocked

Your first problem is that your sight gyros got toppled (you need to close sight when turning more than 60 deg or banking more than 30 deg). To fix this, shut down all weapons systems, wait for 3 minutes, turn them back on and wait another 3 minutes for them to allign.
For getting the tone, you need to press UP LONG. UP SHORT will allign helicopter laterally, long press will tell Petrovich to drop the nose towards your aiming point, but his piloting skills just suck. I find it easier to move sight up from the target until I get the tone and then drag missile down onto target.
Third problem- look above (besides, Hind really does not like to hover, especially when heavy)
Lastly, go to CPG aiming station tab and bind "aiming station joystick" axes.

No, both Petrovich and Apache George can only target units/structures put in mission editor.

If you have gone through bugs reports you would have seen that there is a problem where George puts LST into auto. You need to jump into front seat and turn LST off.

I think it went down. Also hitting power got some boost

TBH, I never tested it, but I think it would be set by George, unless you jump to the front before startup is completed.

Probably got corrupted during update. Do a slow repair.

And yet you have UB-32 pod on your left side. One thing that you need to remember, if you change something, game will keep it that way. So, no matter what the preset name says, if you changed that load in the past (even by accident) it will load that every single time.

GUV mode switch

Yaw AP is in heading hold mode. That is normal behavior.
You need to either turn off yaw AP or press and hold Y key.

Just move your mouse over target and read coordinates on top left side of the window. You might have to change coords type, depending on your settings.

No, you don't need LOS, but you do need to be pointing helicopter within limits for seeker to be able to actually spot the laser once you fire.
 

In theory you should be able to since both seats have full control sets. 
But I do find it I can get into hover faster myself than letting George go through his show.
If you can't, just practice, it'll come to you.

And ED just announced that Petrovich will be spotting threats when not on scope

OK, I have found the issue.
Since my joystick doesn't have springs and have clutches to stay in place, I use "no springs and FFB" trim mode.
In that mode, stick does not move when using hat trim and trim works in reverse.
If I switch to "central position" trim mode, hat trim works correctly and stick moves with it.

If you don't know where your target is, tell George to scan. After you get target list, select a target, so you can get into constraints, then cancel the target.
Again, tell George to scan the area, but do not select target. You fire the missile and then select target from list. George will start lasing.
If you know where your target is, you can skip first part.

If you are in H-B mode, just select 0 altitude. It will take some time though.

There is at least a dozen threads about this same issue, but once again: if in cold helicopter, go to AC-FLT-SET- and turn RAD ALT on

edited to add: when you select TADS video, do you also select TADS at T6? Because for me it autopages the other MPD, not video feed

OK, if I got this correct, you tried to use intercom without any VOIP protocols? In that case it won't work. You need either SRS or DCS voice chat not only enabled but active.

If cold start, make sure RAD ALT is turned ON. If hot start, still make sure you have RAD ALT readout on your IHADSS.
