Identify this cockpit item

I cannot figure out what these devices left and right from the HUD panel area are. See screenshot attached. So, what are they?

I've seen real life in-cockpit footage where these devices seem to display something, but whatever it is it seems to be nonfunctional in DCS.

They're called скаб (SKAB) and they should be constantly rotating.

They're used with the щ-3уМ-1 system (helmet mounted sight) and common to the ИЛС-31 (HUD) (same equipment in the Ka-50).

As the mirrored surface suggests, it's an IR optical system.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any english documentation on that device.

Thanks for the info, Bourrinopathe! The "constantly rotating" notion reflects the flickering I saw in those devices when watching that real life in-cockpit video. Good info!
