CVN Landing Area Lighting INOP in OB 2.5.4

I tried a few different times to call inbound, perhaps I am missing something. At no point is Deck Lighting turned on, nor am I cleared to land as usual. If I am doing something wrong, please advise. It appeared to be an ATC issue as ATC wasn't clearing you to land after the initial call and response from stennis. Then, today online - we noticed that if someone bolters the lights come on momentarily. Very strange.

Am I posting this in the correct forum?

Confirming. The CASE III quick mission in the Hornet has you landing on a dark deck even after communicating your intent to land.

I am getting this no matter where i try to land. ATC vector me in but never clear me to land so the lights are never switched on. Was fine until the last update. Anyone know if this affecting everyone or just a select few?? :)
