Releasing Bomb Loses TPOD Designation

hey there. wanted to know if this behavior is intended or if I'm doing something wrong.

issue:

the TPOD loses it's target lock after releasing GBU-38

steps:

1) set up GBU-38 and turn on TPOD by pressing FLIR button

2) press right on the sensor control swtich (TPOD is on right MFD)

3) press WPDSG to slave TPOD to my waypoint which is directly on my target

4) fly within launch range and pickle

5) bomb launches fine, but as soon as it leaves the pylon, the TPOD camera just takes off and stops holding its ground-stable position

5) pressing undesignate does nothing and won't boresite the TPOD.

6) pressing WPDSG does nothing and won't slew the TPOD to the waypoint anymore

so basically after the first bomb drop i can no longer get the TPOD to function correctly. what am i missing here?

a) do you need to TDC select once the TPOD is pointed at the target prior to launch and

b) Undesignate won't boresight the TPOD but cage/uncage will I believe.

Don't know, but I was able to reproduce that behavior twice when I've set only one station into the TOO mode (see attached trackfiles). After releasing the bomb the station is switching automatically to the next one, which is (still) in PP mode. I think that condition causes the TPOD to go into boresight mode.

But when I set all stations to TOO mode before dropping the first bomb the TPOD doesn't go into boresight after the first release. In that case the automatic step to the next station after bomb release doesn't cause a switch to PP mode and the TPOD keeps looking to the targetzone.
