imacken Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 I apologise if this has been mentioned before or if I am missing something fundamental, but I can't see that the HUD is showing magnetic heading. From what I have seen, it is displaying true headings, not magnetic. Yet, sources are confused. Take the attached for example: - the HUD shows 18 - the CCRP bearing shows 24 - the THDG on the DED shows 24.7 - the magnetic compass shows 24-25. Something is surely wrong here. What about the CCRP heading, should that show true or magnetic?
