In Sweden LOMAC is available from well known site Ginza.se for as low as 4 SEK (equates to about 0.5 USD or 17 RUB or 0.7 AUD or 0.6 CAD). I would think that it's because it just didn't sell very well and they are finishing off their last copies. It's been at 15 SEK for almost half a year now and they lowered it a couple of weeks ago to that extreme low price of 4 SEK.
