Hello all, as always I will keep this report brief, as we know on the HSD the blue Link16 flight members symbols are 33% larger than the regular green donor symbols, but the PDLT octagon around them is not. This makes selecting a PDLT on flight members difficult, as you cannot see the octagon clearly and determine if the PDLT has been created. Here are some examples: No problems with green donor symbols, the PDLT is easily noticed: Visibility issues with blue flight members, the PDLT octagon is hard to spot, as it's not 33% enlarged as the rest of the blue symbol: As you can see, even fully zoomed in, the octagon is still hard to spot. Further zoomed out it's basically impossible to tell. This can be easily fixed if the octagon would be 33% larger than usual if it's being placed over a flight member. As a sidenote, I also noticed is that the TMS up action is not registered until you are well within the symbol area with the cursor, my guess is that the 33% enlargement of the blue symbol didn't also enlarge the TMS Up trigger zone for the PDLT, again, something easy to fix. I cannot provide a tacview as I have only seen it happen on public servers so far (so tacviews are longer than 5minutes) No mods or anything. I had this happen now 4 times since release of the latest OB patch and friends of mine complained about the same. With tracks I mean buggabble contacts in rws mode
When asking george to update the rocket quantity, he doesn't actually do it until the pilot also selects the rockets while he has rockets WAS-ed. This can create a scenario where the pilot assumes the rocket quantity is set to what was asked of george earlier and then using rockets when george is not on rockets himself using the old quantity setting. To reproduce: PLT WAS rocket George ask rocket QTY to ALL PLT De-WAS rocket Make sure no target is tracked Ask George to set rocket QTY to 1 Ask George to De-WAS to laser only WAS rockets yourself Press and hold trigger All rockets are fired despite george "setting rocket quantity to 1" Track attached. george_rocket_no_update.trk
we might have found a bug yesterday, i flew with my buddy as Pilot, i played a bit around with my IHADS in the front. everytime i changed the Symbology, it also got changed at the Pilots IHADS. Same happend in the opposite direction.
