why the sudden bail on CH?

It's been a long time coming. I've wanted a new throttle from them for a long time. They haven't made anything new in the combat sim area in what.....10 years? I have been sick of the cheap feel from the button presses to the actual devices. I've always wanted a cougar....one that worked and now I have one. Maybe my cougar will be short lived by me, but I won't be going back to CH if I get rid of the cougar. Don't get me wrong, CH is great, it works and is very durable. It's just time for a change, I have been with them for 10+ years....wanting and hoping. As of now I have found something better.

1 option is to wait when adapter for cougar grip will be available for public (it is available in russian language web store already) and VKB Fat Black Mamba joystick is in stock and order all together in 1 go. after all i don't know any other joystick to have 2 years warranty. but you will need some throttle anyway, maybe cougar will do it.

but if you are in a hurry to get some new hardware, then sure, hotas warthog is the easiest choice i guess.

I was hoping for a new throttle too, but I've only been in the CH Camp for a few years.

I love the Fighterstick, I just wish I had at least a wart hog throttle. (or Dual throttle)

I've seen a few on ebay, for likw $100 with a broken switch or 2 (Mic Switch etc)

$99, Broken MIC Switch, Loose Pinky Switch, anyone with average soldering skills can prolly replace the pinky switch, Mic Switch might be an issue.

If I had an extra $100 i'd buy it just to repair it, but I dont.

The Suncom SFS F-15 Throttle is nice, but I dont have time to Mod it to USB.

That is a very good price SkateZilla, I might have to put a bid in on it. I hate the tactical feel on CH, just doesn't feel right and never have. I've put up with it for years, but no more.

He actually dropped it, it was 169, I was gonna see if I can swap around funds, that way if I ever wanted to switch to the WH Stick I can buy that separate.

But I dont want it if it's not operational, I can fix the Pinky switch easily, the Mic switch on the other hand,

Both switches are easily bypassed with keyboard commands.
