Fjordmonkey Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 Things! Your answers make more sense than the OP's question :P Not sure if the static discharge rods on the aircraft would help against an EMP, but that's another discussion, and one I don't know enough about to engage in :) Regards Fjordmonkey Clustermunitions is just another way of saying that you don't like someone. I used to like people, then people ruined that for me.
sobek Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 (edited) EMPs do nothing with humans. The inductivity of a human is just way too low, there's hardly any voltage induced, certainly not enough to fry your nervous system. Edit: And vehicles have to be *extensively* tested for EMC nowadays, that goes double and triple for airplanes. I'm sure that military designs are engineered to even higher EMC standards. lunaticfringe Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 10,000 G's. Way to not take fictitious weapons over the top... Have you heard of the Sun Crusher? It's like they got Kevin J. Anderson to create every weapons system in the extended universe...
Stickers Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 The Swat Kats had a lot of good non-lethal ideas for their F-14/Veritech contraption they had. Cookie-Cutter Missile... classic.
NoJoe Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 You think all those cessna's flying around today land on luck .. repeatedly? :) Just had to dig this one back up to say: Based on the landings some of my students do, I say yes! :P
