Am I missing something or isn't the Kh-31 air-to-surface missile available for the Su-27/33?

Yeah, you're missing the fact that neither of those aircraft (Su-27S/P, Su-33) carry guided air to ground ordnance of any kind.

Yes, I know what it says in Wikipedia. It's wrong.

The more modern variants which are able to employ such weapons are not modeled in game.

SU-24 empty weight 22300 kg and max takeoff 43700 (rounded)

SU-27 empty weight 16400 kg and max takeoff 30400 (rounded)

The difference of max takeoff is 13.3 ton and empty weight of 5.9 ton.

Boeing 737-600 empty weight 36.4 ton. (BTW)

So by comparison it’s bit like a car a van and a minibus if only it was that simple.

I.e. how does one get passengers in SU-27, oops, in SU-24 only one, and in 737, 150 passengers and no Kh-31.

The aircraft engineers, bless them. :)
