You'll only have the SU25T (and the TF51D) if you haven't purchased any modules and you can fly that by selecting your country as Russia

if you mean the SU25T then select the country Russian to ensure you gonna find it and scroll down the planes

Also be sure to select 'CAS' or Ground Attack' and the like.
