Is it possible to increase the black smoke of the F-15C ?

Hello guys ;)

 

I really love this F-15C and I would like to know if it's possible to increase the black smoke of the reactors of the F-15C ?

 

I don't know why but I really love the black smoke, I've turn up to ten the sound of my PC and I have the sensation that a real F-15C fly into my home, so great sensation.

 

Please can you tell me if it's possible to edit one file for increase this black smoke ?

It is possible.

 

Open PlaneConst.lua in \DCS World\Scripts\Database and for each aircraft, there's a line like this:

 

smokiness_level     = 	0.1

 

...or any other number up to 1.0, which is max smoke value. Multi-engine aircraft have multiple entries for each engine. The file is rather long and complicated, so you might need to use search function, but the F-15C entry itself starts at line 556.
