HOTAS Warthog: how to set up profile

Colleagues, trying to get into the new F-15C AFM...and am finding that I am most certainly going to need a good Warthog profile. I notice that there is one in the main page user files...three .lua files...one for the joystick, one for the Saitek rudders (which I also have), and one for the throttle. All .lua files. Trouble is...there is no exp0lanation on what earth I am supposed to do with said lua files. Where do I put them? How do I get them to be the profiled controls in the DCS Options/Controls panel? Do I use TARGET instead? I am at a loss where to start. Grateful if anyone can help me.

Put all three in this area: C:\Users\*yourname*\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\F-15C\joystick

Brain fart time.

I am a little confused. I have downloaded three lua files for the F15C-the joystick, throttle and pedal lua files. If I put them all in the joystick folder as stated by Murphy87 nothing seems to happen when I go to the control page for the F15c in the game. Could someone please explain to me what to do with these three lua files? Thanks.

PS Running 1.28 and Win7.

Put the files in the folder stayed, then when in game menu, go to options and go to F15 simulator "off course" :thumbup: and click any ware of the bar of the different controls : Keyboard, joystick, throttle and pedals. Ones clicked in any box in any of the controls go and load that specific control that is located in your : C:\Users\*yourname*\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\F-15C\joystic.

 

do the same for each column, you will see the new load. Sorry for the english.

The profiles downloaded (if they are older than v1.2.8 and contain '.lua' files) cannot be imported into DCS World v1.2.8. There have been significant changes to the structure of these files (you will not that the game is not looking for a lua file but a '.diff.lua' as well).
