T_A Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 There is only one 'map' , its the whole of Georgia and its area. As you progress the campaign you will see the front lines shifting and you will get different missions depending on how it went the last mission you played as for a 'Mission Accomplished' message - there is none, you just press ESC and leave the mission when you`v completed your objectives. by the way , i think you might want to consider either drop in on random servers or looking for groups that do TvT campaign , those are really cool and change the feel of the game to something else IAF.Tomer My Rig: Core i7 6700K + Corsair Hydro H100i GTX Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 7,G.Skill 32GB DDR4 3000Mhz Gigabyte GTX 980 OC Samsung 840EVO 250GB + 3xCrucial 275GB in RAID 0 (1500 MB/s) Asus MG279Q | TM Warthog + Saitek Combat Pedals + TrackIR 5 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
alfredo_laredo Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Once out of the mission in the De-briefing you get a score on your mission.. the higher the better. A.K.A. Timon -117th- in game
docfu Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Or hit the ' (") key to see your score in real time. Then it will show your success rate... Anything over 51 is considered a win.
esb77 Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 There are mission requirements that you have to complete in order to progress to the next mission in some of the campaigns, and failing to do so can put you in sort of a loop of just a few mission options that are associated with that part of the campaign. As others said there is only one map. Rather like in a real war, you don't get a new map for every battle, you fight over the ground that's there until one side wins or both sides give up. If you're stuck on a loop of a few missions, we can't really help unless you give us the exact name of the mission file or files (correct spelling is important). If we know what missions they are we can fly them and tell you what the completion objective are, or open them up in the mission editor and take a look at the victory conditions. That doesn't work unless we know which missions you're talking about, and your descriptions weren't nearly good enough to be able to tell which missions they were. Get the names of the .miz files of the ones that are giving you trouble, and we should be able to give clearer guidance. Callsign "Auger". It could mean to predict the future or a tool for boring large holes. I combine the two by predictably boring large holes in the ground with my plane.
maturin Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Most of the victory conditions in the missions are arbitrary bullshit, and you have little chance of success unless you go into the mission files and read the trigger data. Which isn't to say that it's not realistic, how the margin for victory is uncertain. But the briefings often don't tell you what targets will magically cause the entire Russian army to win, if destroyed.
rinao0o Posted July 30, 2014 Posted July 30, 2014 if the briefing doesnt particularly single out some arty units or cmd pods, just look for tanks n tows and signal smoke then shoot em with ur missles, always works for me.
