chromium Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 I suggest you to ask to move this thread in the hardware general section of the forum, cause it's not a sim but and it's likely to not being saw by interested user. I5 also here, a more recent one: I moved from 3.7 to 4.2 like you and I gained almost 20% of FPS... but, maybe, your bottleneck is elsewere... An airplane by it's nature wants to fly, and if not interfered with too strongly by unusual events or by a deliberately incompetent pilot, it will fly. A helicopter does not want to fly. It is maintained in the air by a variety of forces in opposition to each other, and if there is any disturbance in this delicate balance the helicopter stops flying; immediately and disastrously.
sport02 Posted June 16, 2014 Author Posted June 16, 2014 yes thanks for reply , also I ask for a moderator if he could move this thread to the hardware section .

Rangi Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 From my experience you would only notice the overclock if your in a mission with lots of units (air and ground units) that are engaging or moving around, that's when the cpu has been the bottleneck for me. sport02 Posted June 16, 2014 Author Posted June 16, 2014 (edited) yes for sure , I forget to say that my tests are offline and alone . nevertheless it's surprising that with gtx 780 ti the fps d' ont move Edited June 16, 2014 by sport02

sport02 Posted June 17, 2014 Author Posted June 17, 2014 yes , also a track or replay could be a good solution to compare graphic cards , because the cpu is less used in this case , isn' it ?
