Stucking all the time.

My computer is:

Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz

8Gb DDR 1333

Nvidia GTX650 2gb ddr5

SSD

Win 7 64bits (recently installed)

Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz

Nvidia GTX650 2gb ddr5

You should be running borderline Low, with some options in MED, and next to no MSAA or anything that adds to CPU Usage.

Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2),

ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9)

3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs

Skatezilla, comething that really boders me is that the other night playing with my friends i was with 20fps on the ground and over 40fps in the air.

I've overclocked my GPU and even like that makes no diference!!!!

And about MSAA ... it is all set to off, preload radius set to 45000. The problem is that before with the nvidia gt430 I had better performance than now with gtx650.

BTW overclocked the processor to 3.0ghz

Actually I take it back, once I took ALL the scenery off and a clean map with no NPCs I get 60 FPS. Objects seem to be killing my

frames, I have everything else on high MSAA at 16xQ shadows high

my res at 2560x1440. Once I start adding object like tree, buildings CPU chokes.

I searched on the forum and it seem my issue is that this game is still doesn't have multi-core Support.

So I'm only using 1/12th of my CPU, EDGE can't come sooner...

If OP is still having trouble I suggest trying the attached files. Don't worry about the version number, I'm using them in 1.2.10.

FPS is limited to 30 for use with vsync and sub 60 FPS performance. I strongly recommend trying the tweaked files first without disabling that limit, you're free to change it afterwards if gameplay doesn't feel smooth. Imho a constant 30 FPS gives a much smoother feel than FPS jumping between 40 and God knows how much.

Files are JSGMEable in their current folder structure. I've attached a screenshot of my mods so you can compare.

FYI I'm getting 30 FPS constant:

GT 640M

i7 3610QM

1366x768

AF application controlled

4x MSAA

All high except for civ. traffic (low) and water (low)
