Jeesus Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 Hey Guys! First of all thanks for the module, it is absolutely gorgeous, the most satisfying landings ever :) I have noticed a few things I haven't seen reproted anywhere. 1. Very strong wheelbrake skidding (not sure about IRL) 2. Instant full blackout during 360 degrees roll, but just in single player 3. after belly landing lowering the gears are able to fully extend and raise the weight of the whole plane (not sure if it is possible IRL) Cheers TBR TrailBlazer
SDsc0rch Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 i noticed the wheelbrakes and the instant blackout effects haven't had the pleasure of surviving a belly-landing though;) i7-4790K | Asus Sabertooth Z97 MkI | 16Gb DDR3 | EVGA GTX 980 | TM Warthog | MFG Crosswind | Panasonic TC-58AX800U [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
msalama Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 1. Very strong wheelbrake skidding (not sure about IRL) As nooby as it may sound, try to invert the brake axii and see if that helps. Speaking from experience here my laddie :music_whistling: The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
jimcarrel Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 As nooby as it may sound, try to invert the brake axii and see if that helps. Speaking from experience here my laddie :music_whistling: That was my problem on first start up. Couldn't move. Spent 10-15 minutes looking for brake release. Then while in F2 view I watched as I used the brakes and only then did I find brake pedals needed inverting. How's that for a semi-non-nooby being a noob? Speaking from experience here my laddie :music_whistling: No worries, reversing the wheelbrake axis is always the first thing I do whenever I have to remake the input files :) , the problem here is not sticky brake, but the rear wheels start to stop and slide for the slightest brake input.
