Watching a MP track?

Why is it that whenever I try to watch a multiplayer track, nothing happens...it just opens to the F10 map view?

 

I've tried a ton of different .trk files and still nothing. Maybe I am trying to open/watch them the wrong way? I am going to Replays > Multiplayer > and opening the client.trk files.

Tracks start when you join the server. So you're watching F10 because you haven't finished loading the map, haven't selected an aircraft, and haven't spawned.

 

You need to wait, sometimes it takes a while, and eventually you will see the cockpit pop up at the moment when you spawned.

Unpause the track.

Tracks usually don't work though.

 

You'll end up in the grass while taking off in most cases.
