Anyone still playing Mechwarrior online?

You guys been there lately?

 

I have never been so keen to ask for a refund. From my prism, its a huge P2W scheme.

 

I used to be very competitive getting kills every match. But after alpha have never bought any other packages until they fixed the bugs. The bugs are still there and keeping my wallet closed but now I feel so dumb loosing every match after the phoenix and clan sales by losing early at matches.

 

I regret ever getting lured in there.

 

Just for my information for future note: Is there a way I can demand a refund?

Not a big fan anymore, either. The trend towards "competitive players" (or e-sport) is rather disturbing. Besides the obvious P2W scheme, the constant whining on "nerf this, nerf that" is pretty annoying, too.

Lastly, the lack of content, e.g. new maps, new gameplay (e.g. CW, etc), doesn't bode well for MWO's future.

Not now, unfortunately Pilotasso- statute of limitations expired long ago.

 

If they had simply gone the way of every good Mechwarrior ever and honored the Solaris rules expansion, folks would be lining up. Instead, they are showing all the signs of life support.

Was in on beta but, no missions, no new map content worthy of the name and no Track IR support. MMO is a dead end.

 

Much much better remains MW Mercs, which is now free.

I've kept an eye on it for a while, but I lost interest after the LRM/SRM-nerfs. Right now it feels more like a Battlefield/CoD-game than anything else, so meh, don't really care.

 

Same with World of Tanks, really. My Ferdinand is rotting away in the garage. Got UTTERLY tired of getting flamed for camping in a bush waiting for something to show up, and trying to explain to people that you simply don't take a slow-moving, slow-turning hunk of metal out into the playfield of something nimble and fast.

I have never seen this game as P2W. Having brake currently due to more real life stuff but yeah, still liking it, although bored with current game modes.

You forgot - pay for exclusive stuff, and then have the whiners whine so much until what you like is nerfed into oblivion. :)
