Corrigan Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Hi! When I bind Joystick n, where n = {3,4,5}, on my TM Warthog joystick to "pause" in TIR, it also pauses when I press Mouse n. Has anyone ever seen this bug before? Win10 x64 | SSDs | i5 2500K @ 4.4 GHz | 16 GB RAM | GTX 970 | TM Warthog HOTAS | Saitek pedals | TIR5
cichlidfan Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 That is not a bug. TIR does not differentiate between USB devices. If button n on your joystick is set to pause then button n on every other device that has one, will also pause TIR. Corrigan Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Huh. Well, thanks. That kinda sucks, to be honest. Is there anyway of removing this 'feature'? Win10 x64 | SSDs | i5 2500K @ 4.4 GHz | 16 GB RAM | GTX 970 | TM Warthog HOTAS | Saitek pedals | TIR5
lxsapper Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 No, bad design of trackIR software (even TeamSpeak diferentiates DX buttons from diferent devices). This is the sole reason I started using TARGET.
Corrigan Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 I guess I could use a autohotkey script to map my joystick button to something like F15, but it's not worth it for me. Anyway, thanks for the replies. Win10 x64 | SSDs | i5 2500K @ 4.4 GHz | 16 GB RAM | GTX 970 | TM Warthog HOTAS | Saitek pedals | TIR5
