Default Campaign Ramp Start?

I recently reinstalled A-10C and I noticed the default Campaign for the A-10C now starts your aircraft on the runway. Since I want to practice Cold Starts, how can I make this campaign start me up at the Ramp instead?

You can open each campaign mission in the editor and change it manually. Don't know if there is another way around this.
