Account recovery

Hi,

I have a problem:

 

I forgot the password to my account, and it's registered to my gf's e-mail account and she forgot her passoword to the account. :doh:

 

My singeplayer works just fine, but of course, I cannot access multiplayer. I have access to all the game files etc. Obviously, I also know the name of the account and e-mail associated with it, so I hope it should not be a problem to prove I own a copy of the game.

 

Is it please possible to somehow restore the account password? :huh:

Are you logged into that account on this forum? Maybe you can just change your email address?

Yeah, well, the recovery of password on the email is not possible, the email is like 10 years old and the email for password recovery does not exist anymore >_<

So the password being forgotten by the gf is not actually relevant to the problem. ;)

 

You will need an active email address for ED to send password reset AFAIK. You can open a trouble ticket with ED customer support here.
