where is the ladder button ?

The ladder button can only extend the ladder, not retract it. You have to radio the ground crew to retract your ladder for you.

Did you open it first? It takes 2 clicks to extend the ladder.

What version are you running ?

The ladder button was indeed not available in the earlier versions.

Well that would explain it. Your version is really old...
