WildBillKelsoe Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 Anybody? I tried auto mode, yet you really have to be steep which means really high, but roll in speeds? What instruments to look at? I am using tacview but auto makes it boring i bet some real life mig-21 pilot or ex pilot could enlighten us.. Oh, and beware!! Don't load 8 FAB-100 with over 50% fuel... It gets nasty on takeoff... Nasty to the point of grazing the pipes... AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

WildBillKelsoe Posted September 24, 2014 Author Posted September 24, 2014 Hmm.. No. But I don't want to. To be realistic we want authentic sources of real loadouts.. WildBillKelsoe Posted September 24, 2014 Author Posted September 24, 2014 They are realistic, but we must know realistic weapon loadouts and fuel loadouts to go with it. kripzoo Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 Anyone know is mig-21 limited only to CCIP (dive) bombing or can you CCRP (level) too with maybe fixed beam mode? And how about toss bombing?
RPY Variable Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Anyone know is mig-21 limited only to CCIP (dive) bombing or can you CCRP (level) too with maybe fixed beam mode? And how about toss bombing? You can bomb in level flying at about 150m at 1000Km/h.. I belive that the calculations for the bomb release are made with the radar altimeter, airspeed and dive angle. No need for fixed beam. Interl i7 6700k - 32Gb RAM DDR4 - RX 590 8GB - Sentey 32"2560x1440 - Saitek X-55 - TrackIr 3
Buzpilot Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 There is a manual setting for dive angel on the upper right side of HUD too. i5 4670 - Sabertooth Z87- GTX Titan - Dell U3011 30" - 2x8GB RAM 1800 - Samsung 840 EVO 512GB SSD - Warthog HOTAS - CH Pro pedals - TrackIR5 - Win7 64bit EVERYTHING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
