Just updated DCS World (non steam) now none of the FC missions work

Hello all. Just updated the DCS World app, non steam, and I click to load the mig29 training missions and the game will start to load the mission flicker load a little then flicker back and crash. Then it will go back to DCS World and say the debrief flie cannot be loaded. Here is the data from the windows crash:

I have ran the updater 3x now as an admin, I have also ran the repair 3x as admin. I run all the exe files as admin. The Su33 mission worked just fine. I followed the sticky note at the top of this thread and nothing changed.

This error is typically related to the Microsoft Redistributed packs.

Also available in ur dcs eagle Dynamics DCS World dstr folder. that also has the DX 9 ver. make sure u do allow DX9 to install it is not the same as DX10 and 11.
