JaNk0 Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 Hi Folks As you may know the F-14 is out of service, and the older models of the british sea harrier has also retired. I'm not sure but, now that the planes are out of service, the flight manual is available for the public? If so, i know ED won't make any more planes for Lock On, but maybe consider to made one F-14 sim? Yes, i also know it's a two seater, but would be cool if you can choose from the options menu, what the secondary pilot have to inform you about. I'm sure i'm not the only one that argrees with me...or? Well, i don't want to nagg my ass off about this. Just some cool (dream) simulator i was thinking about when i watch "F-14 tribute". Thnx ED for listening [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Pilotasso Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 The F-14 is still in service with Iran. And the fact that planes were retired doesnt mean they are going to be declassified right after, because much of the same technology has evolved into the fighters still in service and then anyone could extrapolate much better their real capabilities. .
dynamocl Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 Janko, your post started promising, but then you took the wrong route of asking for an F-14. The Harrier should be the way of the future :)
