Any good sensors/weapons tutorials?

I'm trying to find any good tutorials on how to use the sensors and weapons in the SU-27, but all I find seem to be from the Lock On version.

 

Where can I find good tutorials on how to fly this jet?

Open the missions tab, there's a whole bunch of interactive training missions for Su-27 from startup to weapons employment, all voiced by Wags himself ;)
