adamcboyd Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I have the Pro Flight pedals (silver ones) and when I slide my left foot to the max extension on the left, the power light surges and throws off all my yaw(s). I popped out into the Windows device tester for it and it is now around 70% left pressure on the rudder assembly without even touching it. Rebooting resets it but as soon as I go left.....fzzzzzt....short and then makes my yaw all whackey. Anyone seen this? I can't find diddly on this specific issue. Any help would be appreciated. If anyone can help me, this forum can. - Adam:helpsmilie:
G00dnight Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Its a short of some kind either a trapped wire or the pot has gone, you have 2 choices either open them and see if you can see a trapped wire or get a new set. Knowlynn Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 The Saitek x55 has been having problems with ghost button presses upon moving the throttle. Many have found that using a powered usb hub or making sure that the throttle is plugged into a usb 3.0 slot solves the problem implying that the device is not receiving enough power. Although your problem sounds unrelated since the pedals are a much simpler device, It could be and low power issue.
