Tail seems to lift very easily when plane is parked on ground. I noticed i was not able to hit 2000rpm without lifting tail off from ground, even trimmed to tail heavy and pulling from stick. Prop pitch set to 12.00. I don't have original K4 manual but in finnish G6 manual it says that in trial run before taxi and take off, engine should run at 2600rpm/1.30ata (prop at 12.00)to check it makes full power.

It seems to be impossible now, is this known problem?

IRL 109 was very tail heavy on the ground. Even for proper taxi and ground turns there was need to unload tail by push stick forward, give some power and use brake. Without unload tailwheel by pushing stick forward there was not possible to make correct turn on the ground. So tail shouldn't be so easly to lift.
