Release: Erla Built G-10, Black 13 - JG27(?)

Hello again!

 

A cousin from my latest skin, this one depicts an Erla built G-10 presumably designated for JG27. With the base of the camouflage being a variant of RLM 81, it features a thin layer of 82.

Low profile and mysterious, I have to say it's one of my own favourites!

Forgot I had a graphics mod turned on :doh: my fault!

Now it will look just as pretty, on good ol' default lighting.

Installation:

 

#1 Unzip folder to DCSWorld/Bazar/Liveries/Bf-109K-4

#2 In skin folder, choose .lua file from two sub-folders for swastika or clean and copy file to main folder with other files (Default .lua file is for swastika!)

#3 In DCS, select "Payload" tab in Mission Planner and select the skin from the Paint Scheme dropmenu below

Hello,

Thanks for your work and share...

Please can you explain to me the format that you use for saving your files because when I save my own repaints there's are grey and not with color and the weight of my file are not good (to much light)...

I use "Photoshop_Plugins_x64_8.55.0109.1800.exe" for save my files and I choose the options:

 

Reacuteglages.jpg~original

DXT1 RGB works well for all files meant to be compressed, whether it's the texture file, normal or spec map. 8.8.8 24-bit RGB for any uncompressed files.

 

Also important; do you use any HDR or similar graphics mod? Disable all of these for a more accurate representation.

Btw, you can delete all alpha channels with the 109 K-4 files, texture, normal or spec. This has no effect on the textures, but will allow smaller filesizes and will stop PS from complaining about losing them.

 

E: Not with the cross (swastika) or bort_number files, though, as the alpha channel is a specific requirement to make them work properly.

DXT1 RGB shouldn't result in major changes in the texture, other than slight compression artifacts.
