If applications are deleting themselves from your system on their own, I would format my disk drives and reinstall Windows from scratch.

ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme 8GB, Corsair HX1000i, Phillips BDM4065UC 40" 4k monitor, VX2258 TouchScreen, TIR 5 w/ProClip, TM Warthog, VKB Gladiator Pro, Saitek X56, et. al., MFG Crosswind Pedals #1199, VolairSim Pit, Rift CV1

Restore it from the backup you made. :D

Or, alternatively, download DCS:W again and install it. Then use the module manager to get your modules back. Your keys are bound to your account and are therefor not lost. Also a new activation of your modules should not be necessary as the information is stored in the windows registry and should "survive" any deinstallation of DCS:W.

So if you log in in the module manager, you should see your modules as "installable".

edit:

+1 ... well, +0.5 what cichlidfan said. Before doing anything in that regard, I would probably really first investigate the reasons why it happened. Could be a virus, could be a faulty hard disk, could be a "user error", etc. It always worries me if things happen that I can not explain and thus I do not understand ... ;o)

Did you check the recycle bin? Sometimes you can restore files from there if they have been deleted and before you empty the recycle bin.

Once the recycle bin is empty you won't get the files back without some really fancy disk reading software.

Good luck!
