Independant Numeric Pad

Hello all !

Do you think there is a way to make it independant of the numpad of my normal keybord.

I am flighing on A-10C. I would like to use it for control of the UFC or the CDU and keep my normal keyboard numpad for moving the view as normal.

That is a Windows issue, so the answer is pretty much no.

Actually, it's software, so it's probably not impossible, but you would have to write your own Windows driver, somehow grab that additional keypad before Windows does, get Windows to use your driver (certification process), etc.

 

You could however get one of these (PS/2 connector instead of USB) and then do this.

I have a Logitech G13. I realize its not a fix for your problem but its a working piece of hardware that will do what you want.

I allready have a G13 that I used for other fonctions of the simulation.

Have you looked at an X Keys Pro USB?

X-keys makes nice stuff. I have a 16 button stick and am thinking about getting the panel you linked.
