98abaile Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Hi all. I'm looking for a video of a very specific joystick. I believe it was posted here on the (English) forums somewhere but I've been unable to find it (I vaguely remember the thread having something to do with mounting an X-52). The video is in russian and is demonstrating a custom built wooden joystick that was notable because of its lateral motion back and forth. I ask because i very much interested in the mechanism he used for lateral motion (and for that matter any other mechanisms that might allow lateral motion on a joystick). As a side note, I'd also be very much interested if anyone has come across any other interesting or unusual joystick mechanisms in their travels.
Sokol1_br Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 (edited) This? http://hotas.su/ EDIT - Is not. That wood stick was shown in Sukhoi forum - that now seems "RiP". The video: Sokol1 Edited January 29, 2015 by Sokol1_br 1
