Mission editor problem

I've had to reinstall DCS World recently and I just installed the MiG-21 module but something strange is happening: I cant see the MiG-21 anywhere in the ME plane selection. I tried reinstalling the module to no avail. The plane is just not there (not even as AI.) What could I be doing wrong?

I'm just guessing but it sounds like you have installed very outdated version of DCS.

By default the installation path is ?:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\MiG-21BIS

I guess you will see it installed

 

Perhaps you have a problem with the activation ?

Try to open a training mission for the mig21

Ok when trying to start a mission in the Bis I get this message:

try the repair feature in the start menu for dcs.

 

I just checked my ME and the Mig-21bis is in there and working for me.

 

check you have the role set to cap or cas

ahh have you activated the module, ie entered the key in?

Yep, just tried activating and said its already activated. Will try the repair.

If the repair does not help, post the dcs.log and me.log please.

check your module manager to see if it has in fact installed, attach your autoupdate.log here for us to take a look.

Thanks guys, repair did it. Wierd s**t though, the repair program had to download over a gig of files! No idea why.
