King_Hrothgar Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 The Mistel was introduced in the Aces expansion I think. I remember making some coops for it and the TB-3 + I-16 parasite fighters. Both were pretty funny the first few rounds but quickly faded away as they weren't at all practical. I do know both came long before the 1946 pack as I never bought it. As for real life, in both cases I think they found the same thing I and most others did in game. It may have sounded great on paper and in committee, but was not effective in practice.
