finger Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 When mirror of gyroscope is spun by el.motor and piper is light up,we can see something like this.Evry diamonds and central dot of piper must draw a ring. From start big, then fluently smaller and smaller until piper reached full stabilization(3-4sec)-dampering button not used. I think you need to make a company, hire programmers and make a new version of Mig21, so you can be a competitor to Leatherneck. I don't know who will win, but the result will be a high-quality Mig21 for sure.
finger Posted March 12, 2015 Author Posted March 12, 2015 Of course the biggest ring is not a part of piper,it only helped me to draw picture. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
FSKRipper Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 (edited) I think you need to make a company, hire programmers and make a new version of Mig21, so you can be a competitor to Leatherneck. I don't know who will win, but the result will be a high-quality Mig21 for sure. I'm not sure but I don't see more than some technical details. It would be great if this could be brought together in one manual but nothing more. No specific version mentioned, no photos only hand made writings and drawings... Without confirmation by other sources? I could serve you an invincible Eurofighter if you are impressed by such drawings But yes, it would be a lot of fun to see a module, especially the flight model made by people who never experienced the 21 from the cockpit. Manuel_108 Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 That looks interesting. :notify: I wonder if LN will look at such a detail, although I have to agree it would add to the immersion quite a bit.
finger Posted July 6, 2015 Author Posted July 6, 2015 Hi all, I took a couple pictures of piper appearance in RL.Pictures were taking from ASP-3 NMU,which is used on L-39ZA a/c. The sequence start from NEPOD(FIXED),through switching to GYRO,till to fully stabilized piper. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
1.JaVA_Platypus Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 Those are awesome pics. :) It would be nice to have this kind of animation on the MiG-21 as well. Happy Flying! :pilotfly:
finger Posted July 7, 2015 Author Posted July 7, 2015 Not,only for MiG-21 gyro-gunsight,but for all of gyro-gunsight-because this is common feature for all gyro-gunsight. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
