Building an aircraft Skin Question

If i use the "FW-190" Template which has only one file. But all of the aircraft skins for the 190 in the liveries folder have 4 files each. How do i turn the one template file into the four files?

 

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

i should add i am using photoshop

Template is four 2048 textures next to each other, they're even divided by guides, so just cut it to four pieces.
