We were both flying Hueys. 2 of our targets were Ka-25 (not to be confused with Ka-52). It took a TON of bullets from my Huey to bring one of those down. Later we decided to have a helo..... "dogfight"..... and it took very little bullets to drop the Huey. I find it kind of hard to believe a Ka-25 would be that much tougher than a Huey. Is there some sort of issue with the damage model of "air" (I use that term loosely considering it's a Helo) units in DCS? Please note I usually fly Helo's so rarely if ever engage "air" units. It really ruins some missions wich require you to kill a heavy plane like an AWACS that gets hit by like 3 missiles and then lands on 1 engine with almost no fight control surfaces remaining.
