Why no Quick Mission Builder? Not possible?

Salute!

 

Sorry, if this has been asked, but the search for "QMB" and "Quick Mission Builder" showed no results.

 

Is there any possibility to create a quick mission builder, in which you can select `YOUR FLIGHT´ and `ENEMY FLIGHT´, by type, numbers and time of day / date?

 

Such as in ALL other sims present or past?

 

My questions points straightly to the old Il-2:1946 setup, where you could

setup quick missions quite easy, with the granted option of selecting the

enemy and his skill at your choice.

 

WHY does that hasn't been implemented in DCS: World and all it's modules,

3rd party or not?

 

If this is a rather old question, pls, everybody,

post a link and point me into the right thread/post, concerning this matter.
