Pineapple Pete Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 HI All, Now I am puzzled. I rearranged my office to try to make my TrackIR 5 usable during daylight hours. After moving the computer (all devices were unplugged) and upon restarting both DCS world and Falcon BMS I found that I now have two new, never seen before, VJoy Virtual Joysticks. I posted this on the CH Hangar forum as well as I am convinced this may be a CH issue as they are the only controllers I have. Additionally, the F1 key wont return to the cockpit. My F2 key shows the external camera rotating around the airplane in continual loops and the F4 key pans around to the belly of the aircraft in both the P51 and F86. None of these issues were present until I moved my computer. Sheesh! Any thoughts would be appreciated. Steve It is always best to not fly too fast or fly too slow. So I fly half fast. :D
Blooze Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Try going to Saved games/DCS and renaming the DCS folder to DCS1. Fly a mission and see if that fixes it. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Thanks but I don't know where to look for saved games and furthermore, the problem doesn't lie within DCS as the Virtual Joysticks also appear in Falcon BMS. Ragtop Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 IIRC the virtual joystick drivers are an optional module of the TrackIR client installation. Not sure if you can change the way TIR presents itself in the app possibly? 476th vFG Alumni

Pineapple Pete Posted April 30, 2015 Author Posted April 30, 2015 It turns out that after I deleted the Virtual Joystick that the problem went away. Somehow TRackIr inserted this. TrackIr likes F keys. Thanks to all for your thoughts and help. It is always best to not fly too fast or fly too slow. So I fly half fast. :D
