GoonerTC Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 try going to a free pic hosting website and upload it, then post the url off the site... try photobucket . com mate
warthogmadman987 Posted May 10, 2006 Author Posted May 10, 2006 K, i did an account and hopefully this url works. http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i18/warthogmadman987/april_05l.jpg Can anyone tell me what the blue small like bombs or thingamajiggers are/do? are they practice? To my understanding when the do "war games" things are painted blue. Does this mean that they actually use a-10s in war games and the a-10 can actually drop something? Can i get some info? bombs are on the center racks. i forget what you call them racks, but i have some small ones sitting on my model table.
RvETito Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 These bombs are for fishing.:D Nice pic BTW;) "See, to me that's a stupid instrument. It tells what your angle of attack is. If you don't know you shouldn't be flying." - Chuck Yeager, from the back seat of F-15D at age 89. =RvE=
GoonerTC Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 The blue bombs are used in many Airforces to practice bombs mate, They drop in a similar fashion so give accurate feed back for training purposes mate. Its better to drop a £50 concrete bomb than a £100,000 real one. Hope this answers your question mate TC

Hope this answers your question mate TC ya, thanks. but so exactly how accurate are they to the real thing, like when an a-10 was in combat situations, i image they somehow must be the same in weight and drag ratios and what not?
