DataHawk Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I have the Thrustmaster MFD pack with the two MFD's I’m thinking of getting another pack for a total of 4 MFD's The plan is to have 3 MFD's for the F-18C when it comes out (Hopefully the F-18C will support 3 MFD's) and to use 4th MFD as a button box. Any issues using more than 2 MFD’s?
NeilWillis Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 The MFCDs are each allocated a different ID, so in theory there is no reason why you can't operate 4 or even more together as long as they are correctly configured using the driver software. The only limitation is the USB ports available.
DataHawk Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 I asked the same question earlier. People said it's ok. The MFCDs are each allocated a different ID, so in theory there is no reason why you can't operate 4 or even more together as long as they are correctly configured using the driver software. The only limitation is the USB ports available. Thank You Gentlemen Much appreciated
RightStuff Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 I just like to add, that it's possible to program MFD3 & MFD4 via TARGET as well - in case you need it... BUT to make this possible there have to be made some changes in the provided skripts like target.tmh and so on. If it's of interest for anybody, I'll put my changes I made for adding MFD3 to TARGET in here.
