After taking a very close look to the Medevac Script I wonder how do you navigate using Bullseye calls? The A-10C supports them directly, in the F-15C you can set a waypoint to the Bullseye, but how do you do it in the Huey?

My approach would be using the F10 Map and drawing a ruler line from the bullseye, but the bearing / range information seems to be very inaccurate

That is the way I do it. Make sure you are in the correct units. Ether NM or KM. For example, if the ruler distance is to large then you are using KM when you need NM. Also I subtract 6 degrees for magnetic variation when going from the measured Map angle to the heading I need to fly. Not sure if I explained this well enough.
