morning_sashimi Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 I can't do cockpit view no matter in training or mission. I have checked the module manager, it is activated. I still don't know how to solve it. Please help!!!
StrongHarm Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 If you've tried using F1 to return to cockpit view and it's not working, I'd check 4 things: 1. Are you joining as spectator? If you're flying a mission that has a selection of which bird you fly, if you don't click one first that means you're just a spectator 2. Open internet explorer and hit F1, this should open 'help'. If it doesn't your keyboard is malfunctioning 3. In DCS, go into your options>controls and make sure it wasn't changed to another key 4. Check to see if another app is 'hooking' that key for something else. TrackIR will hook keys so they're deactivated in other apps, for instance. It's a good thing that this is Early Access and we've all volunteered to help test and enhance this work in progress... despite the frustrations inherent in the task with even the simplest of software... otherwise people might not understand that this incredibly complex unfinished module is unfinished. /light-hearted sarcasm
morning_sashimi Posted June 29, 2015 Author Posted June 29, 2015 my F1 key is working. The things is, when I go to training mode, and choose aircraft start up, after loading, it start showing the map(like F10) I press F1 won't do anything, but other F.... Key are working.

I think this is a license issue. I had this same problem when I installed black shark w/o inputting a serial#. After serial# - worked fine. Do you get a prompt for a serial# when you start up the mission?
Yurgon Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 I think I read about such problems before. IIRC repair or reinstallation fixed the issue. Repair: Start -> All programs -> Eagle Dynamics -> DCS World -> Repair DCS World Reinstallation: Uninstall DCS, rename or delete Saved Games\DCS World if it still exists, then install again, preferably from a freshly downloaded copy of World and BS2. But it's quite possible that erjdriver is correct and it's a license issue; I just don't know how to fix that off the top of my head, but there should be plenty posts here in the forum, either in the Ka-50 sub-forum or in Payment and Activation.
morning_sashimi Posted July 11, 2015 Author Posted July 11, 2015 When I paid and activated it work before. But after I update. I can't view inside the cockpit anymore. Even after I reinstall
