IIRC they can track moving targets BUT....thinking about it I might have to do some checking...as they are Fire and Forget. I think they can track/hit moving targets...like ships....but your angle of "run-in" will make a difference - i.e. better to attack from their 6 or 12 oclock, than their 3 or 9 oclock.
