HELP!!!

I want to play with my friend. But he can't see the server on the list. I know about the port fowarding and I did it but when i check it with the softwere it says that port is unreachable or NOT OPEN. I am wondering what did I did wrong?

EDIT: What port should I write as start port and what for end port?
