RglsPhoto Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 This needle points to a NDB, IIRC if no NDB is available or your ADF cannot receive the signal, this needle will move all the time. Skulleader Posted August 24, 2015 Author Posted August 24, 2015 Hello, Yes you have right but one thing that I can't understand: In fact I've created one mission with the day and saved, after that I take the same mission and change day in night and saved again... With a mission by day the yellow arrow don't move but with a mission by night the yellow arrow move alone and however it's the same file, just day and night change. So I can't understand why the yellow arrow move just the night and not the day.. If you want I can give you my two missions files... Thanks again Skull. msalama Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 1) Why did you post this question 2 times? 2) No, it's not a bug, it's elementary radiophysics. See my answer in the other thread you started: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2458373&postcount=4 The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
tusler Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 maybe the guys went home to get sleep and turned off the NDB Ask Jesus for Forgiveness before you takeoff :pilotfly:! BaD CrC Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 My instructor always told me not to use the NDB at night but I can't remember why (well, until I read msalama post). But I would be surprised and impressed if this is actually modeled in DCS. https://www.blacksharkden.com http://discord.gg/blacksharkden

I am in a state of shock and awe that/if this is modeled. Thank you for the link. Skulleader Posted August 25, 2015 Author Posted August 25, 2015 Hello guys, I first I would like to thank you for all your answers and Masalama for your passionate link. Is it true that the KA-50 is very well modeled... Thanks again, Skull. msalama Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 if this is actually modeled in DCS. It seems to be modelled, because this is indeed how VHF signals below 30 MHz (IIRC) behave IRL. The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
