One of those horrible sim weeks... (where everything goes wrong)

Can't fly the MiG-15 without overspeeding and losing control; ending up crashing into the ground. Can't fly the Kamov without being shot down by an Abrams tank. Can't fly the MiG- 21 without getting shot down in the 104th server.

Can't fly FC3, Sabre, Su- 25T. I can't fly anything without doing something wrong or getting shot because I'm not focused enough. This is easily by far the most frustrating sim week I've ever experienced.

Anyone else reconizing this? I could really use some advice here :helpsmilie:.

I think I'm going to quit the sim for the next 10 days or so, and then try again. Maybe I'll finally do something productive with my life while I'm taking a break. :music_whistling:.

anyways, someone else having a similar experience with this?

First, are you sure your cat is not still attempting to copilot?

Second, you are probably right that you just need a break. Being productive is also a good thing but any change of pace is heading in the right direction.

You could always take up golf. It might not help out with the flying but it will certainly provide a larger source of frustration. :D

EDIT: Five cents, please. ;)

Thanks Cichlidfan, I thought taking a break was going to be easy. Guess what? I was wrong. The urge to fly is real and it's here.

And no, my cat sits in the passenger seat ever since that little incident.
