Ryan Legend Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Can't fly the MiG-15 without overspeeding and losing control; ending up crashing into the ground. Can't fly the Kamov without being shot down by an Abrams tank. Can't fly the MiG- 21 without getting shot down in the 104th server. Can't fly FC3, Sabre, Su- 25T. I can't fly anything without doing something wrong or getting shot because I'm not focused enough. This is easily by far the most frustrating sim week I've ever experienced. Anyone else reconizing this? I could really use some advice here :helpsmilie:. I think I'm going to quit the sim for the next 10 days or so, and then try again. Maybe I'll finally do something productive with my life while I'm taking a break. :music_whistling:. anyways, someone else having a similar experience with this? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Because MiG - 9. That's why...
cichlidfan Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 (edited) First, are you sure your cat is not still attempting to copilot? Second, you are probably right that you just need a break. Being productive is also a good thing but any change of pace is heading in the right direction. You could always take up golf. It might not help out with the flying but it will certainly provide a larger source of frustration. :D EDIT: Five cents, please. ;) Edited September 20, 2015 by cichlidfan ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! Ryan Legend Posted September 21, 2015 Author Posted September 21, 2015 Thanks Cichlidfan, I thought taking a break was going to be easy. Guess what? I was wrong. The urge to fly is real and it's here. And no, my cat sits in the passenger seat ever since that little incident. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Because MiG - 9. That's why...
Aginor Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 I had such days. But normally I notice it during the first mission or even before takeoff. Here's what I do: - shut down DCSW - play some computer game, read a book, or go outside and shoot a few arrows. Or play the guitar. Anything that isn't flight sim related.
